Louisiana Trails

The trail runs 63 miles from Winnfield to Sibley about five miles south of Interstate 20.

It runs by the towns that were on the old L&A railroad.
Mt. Morgan, Ogden, Heflin, Swift, Fryeburg, Lawhon, Jamestown, Castor, Alberta, Roy, Guynes, Ashland, Skidder, Chestnut, Oshkosh, Goldonna, Coldwater, Grace, Calvin, and Carla Station on the west side of Winnfield.

We rode this trail from Winnfield Hwy 156 to Calvin. Did not like the looks of the bridges so we did not cross them. We rode back to Winnfield from Hwy 156 and found a bridge that was about to fall over perhaps this is why a sign was posted on the Winnfield site telling of a bridge out.
